My Gratitude Journey

If there is one thing I have discovered while trying to emerge out through this trying time and the uncertainty of COVID 19, it is to have a little GRATITUDE. Especially for the simple things that we take for granted.

I have learnt that YES, while things are different now and a lot has been added to mine and everyone's already high-pressure life, I try every day to look through a brighter lens when possible.

To share with you a few of mine:

  • my family and friends

  • my home

  • my creativity

  • spending time in nature to stop and smell those beautiful roses in my garden.

  • being immersed in watching a butterfly gracefully flutter and land on a raindrop pillow that had just recently dropped from the sky.

While this doesn’t seem like a hard task, I understand that this might not be easy for everyone and it might take some practice to get in the right mindset.

I would like to invite you to ask yourself the question:

"What do you have GRATITUDE for"?

I'm sure if you give yourself the time and space there is more than you might initially think!

Please share if you would like to, I would love to hear from you.

For now, take care.
