Let go of Worry
Easier said than done... I know!
Worry has always been my enemy, always lingering in the background of my mind, like a dark, ominous cloud. But through the worry clouds, the sun eventually shines, and my problems never turned out as big as I had imagined they would.
In my Reiki practice ' Letting go of worry' is one of the 5 principles I reflect on quite often.
Worry can create anxiety and stress affecting many levels of our life, creating health and relationship problems, and hindering our own self-care.
A daily practice of 'Letting go of worry' can positively influence your daily thoughts and actions.
A couple of mine are:
Don't worry if I am a little late… things happen!
Don't worry about trying to be in control of everything all the time… I can't.
So, I am going to throw these out to the universe and let go!
Can you think of 2 things you can stop worrying about and let go of? You may be surprised at how light you will feel.
